PERSONAL
As a lifelong Florida resident and native, I have lived in the Melbourne area since 1981.  Whether camping, competing in APA Billiards league, or spending time with my family, this wonderful area is my home.  I have two sons, David & Alex, who make me very proud and a wonderful husband, Sean, who is also my best friend.

Our family has been adopted by two lovable cats who love to spend their day sunning themselves on our screened-in back porch or lounging in the shade of our oak tree in the back yard.

I am an active member of the American Poolplayers Association (APA) and am on several teams that consistently win seasons and tournaments. In 2003, my team was the #1 APA team in Brevard County and we won a trip to Vegas to compete in the National Championship!  This year, I  won 1^st PLACE in the 2005 APA “Best Of The Best” championship in Brevard county.

My husband, Sean, a native from Ireland, is a highly praised stone & brick mason in the Brevard county area. He is currently working to maintain the space shuttle launch pad at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and, on occasion, he is available for hire to my clients.

We recently purchased a gorgeous new home with lots of land in West Melbourne and have immensely enjoyed the time we have spent fixing and remodeling our new dream home.  Not to mention buying new furnishings!!

PROFESSIONAL
After graduating from Melbourne High School, I received an Associate of Arts degree from the Melbourne campus of Brevard Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University. 

I am a member in good standing of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors and am proud to say that I have an in-depth experience in real estate and property investment analysis.

Since graduating from FSU, I have invested in many properties all over Florida.  I found property investment to be such a rewarding field that I decided to pursue a serious career in real estate.  Since receiving my sales associate license, I have consistently doubled my sales and have sold over 10 million dollars worth of properties to date.

During the course of my career I have continued to attend extra training courses and seminars to stay abreast of this ever changing market.  Some of my certifications include Ethics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Appraisals, Investments, 1031 Exchange, Taxation and Creative Financing.  I also have the added advantage of having a lifetime of experience in construction and repairs on family and personal real estate holdings.
