Happy Clients! Real Reviews!
Leslie was wonderful to work with. I started my buying process out of state-meaning I totally had to trust Leslie with all the paperwork and knowledge she has about the Palm Bay Area! She took care of everything! She walked us through the whole process and we communicated through internet and phone. I look forward to working with Leslie again. She is honest and always responses to all my questions in a timely manner. It is hard to find good people these days! She is my “go to” agent!
We bought both of our homes through Leslie. She had our back every step of the way and offered insight that we hadn’t even thought of. Wouldn’t do it again without her!!!
You have gone above and beyond to help us every step of the way. We are so glad we found you. We really appreciate all your hard work.
Throughout our three days of looking at property, Leslie remained upbeat, informative and most importantly, patient… …Leslie’s motto, “The customer comes first,” was evident throughout…
Leslie took her time to find out our needs…and worked with us to find the perfect home. She was helpful in putting the old house up for sale, and determining the proper price to help the property move fast. We sold the house within one week of the listing.
Leslie, thank you again for thinking of including the assessment in the contract. I can’t tell you how important it may be in the future to keep our costs down. Thanks, you are super!
Dear Leslie, Jamie & I are so grateful for all the hard work you did for us. We especially appreciate all the little “extras.” You went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion! Thank You! Thank You!
Leslie is a very enthusiastic and friendly real estate professional who is constantly putting great efforts towards marketing the properties she represents. I am always impressed with her new and innovative ideas for business. Thank You so much for referring me to the right mortgage broker. It will save me $6k per year & that is so awesome! I am lucky to have you as a client and a friend. You completely ROCK!!!! Thank you so much for all the effort. I truly appreciate it and will highly recommend you!
Thanks you are the best. I do appreciate your help, it’s hard to find people like you.
We have worked with Leslie for over 6 years. Over this time she has helped us buy and sell multiple properties: single family homes, condos, apartment buildings. Her experience and knowledge of the market is invaluable. She always knows what is available in the current market, bringing a valuable perspective on price history and trends. She is always quick to point out possibilities that will add value to the property in the future. Leslie continuously strives to use the latest technology to save time and make the buying process as convenient and efficient as possible. She is an outstanding agent.
Our experience with your company was first class all the way. No surprises with the property. Better than we could have imagined. Leslie and Denise were very knowledgeable and friendly with us for the entire two months we worked together. The website was the best we found on the entire internet for both rentals and homes for sale. Thank you so much for taking care of our family during our cross country move. We would love to work with you again next year when we look for a place to buy. Thanks again for your dedication and hard work. It was a pleasure.
A+ A+ A+ A+ A+ A+ Compared to other realtors, you leave them in the dust….your determination to find me the perfect place was outstanding. Would I refer you to others?? If I hear of ANYONE needing a realtor in the area, I will shout your name from the rooftop!! Thanks again
Leslie Purdy is a true professional that provides superior service to her clients. As both a buyer and a seller, I can tell you that her energy and passion for real estate is consistently service-oriented. She worked every day of the week and sometimes even late hours to make sure that service was Job #1. I recommend Leslie to everyone who is interested in buying or selling real estate.
I never thought it was possible, but we closed on my new house last week. I now have a chance to retire instead of working forever! Thank You for keeping in touch with me and insisting I see the Money Merge Account presentation!
